SRCTec, LLC is actively searching for a dedicated Senior Test Engineer to design, develop, and test innovative solutions that tackle complex, nationally significant challenges. We leverage cutting-edge technologies to craft advanced manufacturing processes, enabling the construction and testing of sophisticated systems in domains such as radar surveillance, electronic warfare, and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). What You’ll Do

  • Support the development of manufacturing test systems for radar surveillance, electronic warfare, and UAS technologies
  • Apply sound engineering principles to support the introduction of new designs into production
  • Assist in developing and maintaining test hardware to increase capability, reliability, and throughput
  • Modify and maintain software such as LabVIEW and Python
  • Utilize SQL queries and engineering tools (MATLAB, Minitab, etc.) to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement efforts
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-level issues within manufacturing test environments
  • Provide engineering support to manufacturing during new product introductions and ongoing production
  • Ensure test documentation, requirements, and records meet technical, quality, and schedule requirements

What You’ll Bring  

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering technology, or related discipline and 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Basic understanding of radar, RF, and electronic warfare systems
