Description
American Credit Acceptance LLC seeks a Manager, Application Development to implement automated testing platforms for unit tests, integration tests, and Dev/QA practices. Coordinate the review of code from staff on a project basis. Ensure the project team applies best practices for solid programming techniques. Support overall systems from a design and coding perspective. Adhere to project metrics on performance for the team. Collaborate with other IT project managers, architects, and management to ensure effective design, implementation and steady-state support of projects and initiatives. #LI-DNI
 
The position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, followed by 2 years of progressively responsible experience with software development. Experience must include at minimum: 2 years of experience implementing Agile methodologies and DevOps practices; 2 years of experience with designing and developing object-oriented systems, including .net/C#, Python, Angular; 2 years of experience modelling and designing skills in SQL and non-SQL databases; 2 years of experience developing for cloud native solutions; and 2 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing RESTful APIs.
