Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 8+ years expertise in Microsoft technologies, including .NET (C#), Azure, and modern web frameworks such as Blazor. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating across cross-functional Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET C# and modern web frameworks (e.g., Blazor).
  • Build, maintain and integrate cloud-native applications leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write efficient, best practice driven, maintainable code.
  • Perform estimates, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Utilize Git for source control.
  • Perform documentation in Confluence.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of full stack development experience.
  • Strong expertise in .NET and C#.
  • Experience with front-end development frameworks (Blazor preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, APIs).
  • Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

Compensation:
Compensation Range: $98,000 - $125,000
Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
