Job description

Stilt is a mission-driven (YC W16) fintech startup focused on providing loan access and banking services to immigrants and other underserved applicants. We are building a product to improve financial inclusion and democratize access to credit, such as providing loans with no cosigner required and low-interest rates with no hidden fees. Founded by an immigrant team with expertise in finance, technology, and machine learning, Stilt has now served immigrants from 150+ countries!
What will you do?
  • Design, build and maintain APIs, services, and systems in the Stilt production environment
  • Scale infrastructure so that we can support millions of requests per hour
  • Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
  • Improve code quality design, and overall design of current and future infrastructure
Requirements
  • You are a python master
  • Love building APIs using Flask/Django/FastAPI or any other modern framework
  • Enjoy building scalable APIs
  • Enjoy tackling difficult scaling challenges
