Job Summary:
The Web Developer II is responsible for front-end and back-end development, maintenance, and enhancement of secure, accessible, and user-centered web applications. This role supports Internet, Intranet, Wiki, and social media platforms, ensuring compliance with federal web standards, accessibility requirements, and best practices for usability, performance, and security.
Education
  • Associate's Degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Acquia Drupal certifications are encouraged but not required.

Experience Required
  • 3+ years of professional experience in web design and development.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining web applications using:
  • Drupal (CMS implementation, migration, and integration)
  • HTML5
  • CSS2/3
  • JavaScript
  • PHP
  • Python
  • jQuery
  • Working knowledge of modern development and deployment tools and technologies, including:

  • Git
