As a Senior AI Developer, you will design, build, and support production-ready AI solutions that improve reliability, speed, and decision-making for customers. This role exists to translate business needs into secure, maintainable models and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-enabled features; integrate via APIs and existing systems
- Prepare data pipelines, evaluation metrics, and monitoring to manage drift and performance
- Implement prompt, retrieval, and agent workflows with clear documentation and version control
- Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver measurable outcomes
