Overview - We're looking for developers interested in using their experience in Python, Linux, and web development to build tools that enable the future of energy - Large Scale Solar PV, Battery Storage, and advanced plant control.
Since its inception we have been dedicated to providing the highest quality service, developing innovative technology, and providing valuable feedback to ensure that future projects are developed to ensure high reliability, maximum generating yields, and low-cost long-term ownership.
Position Overview - In concert with our professional staff, this position is responsible for developing new functionality to support our existing monitoring a control platform, deployed on ruggedized edge computers worldwide.
Job Responsibilities - Include, but are not limited to:
  • Participate in weekly sprints to deliver functionality to support product releases and customer delivery requirements.
  • Improve and refactor existing functionality to optimize edge computer performance, increase security, and simplify the overall user experience of using our products.
  • Provide direct feedback to product development to steer our technical course to support upcoming trends and technologies to ensure our platforms remain supportable.
  • Document new features and configuration requirements to enable product support for our sales and operations teams.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Required - Proficient communicator via phone, TXT, and email
  • Required - Creating technical documents using MS Office (or equivalent) software products.
  • Required - Strong full web stack development background with Python, Flask, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON
  • Strongly Preferred - Database report query using SQL (PostgreSQL)
