Company Description

Client with offices in Seattle is seeking a DevOps Engineer for a long term contract (or permanent) position.  This team supports all lines of business within the company, and is responsible for technology strategy, management and engineered solutions.  The ideal candidate would be proficient in systems management and application deployment automation through authoring and maintenance of Python, Perl, and shell scripting as well as experience implementing and maintaining enterprise configuration management solutions such as Chef.

Job Description

Required Skills:
1) DevOps experience.
2) Experience with configuration management frameworks (Chef, Puppet, etc).
3) Web server platform support experience.
4) Scripting / programming experience (JAVA, Ruby, Python, etc).
5) Application load balancing experience.
