We are expanding our customer success team to support our industry-leading Dispatch platform, and we are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft DevOps Engineer to help modernize and optimize our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation initiatives.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft DevOps Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, and Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving deployment reliability, infrastructure scalability, security, and operational efficiency across our engineering platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability
- Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and IT teams to streamline deployments
- Implement security best practices and compliance standards
- Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Troubleshoot deployment, networking, and cloud-related issues
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripting
- Experience with CI/CD automation pipelines
- Experience with IIS (Internet Information Services) configuration
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred)
- Understanding of networking, security, and system administration
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Azure certifications
- Experience with GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Prometheus
- Experience working in agile development environments
