Job Title: Snowflake Developer (ERP - Sage Intacct Experience Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Developer with hands-on experience working in an ERP-driven data environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake data warehousing, ETL/ELT development, and integration with ERP systems, specifically Sage Intacct.

This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and analytics solutions that integrate ERP data into Snowflake for reporting, finance analytics, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and data pipelines in Snowflake.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL/ELT) data from Sage Intacct into Snowflake.
  • Build and optimize data warehouse schemas (star/snowflake schema models).
  • Develop and maintain SQL-based transformations, stored procedures, and tasks in Snowflake.
  • Integrate ERP data with other enterprise systems (CRM, HR, financial systems).
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Business teams to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across financial datasets.
  • Optimize performance, manage compute/storage costs, and monitor Snowflake environments.
  • Implement security, role-based access control, and data governance best practices.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and perform root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake.
  • Strong SQL expertise and experience with performance tuning.
  • Direct experience working with ERP systems, preferably Sage Intacct.
  • Experience extracting financial and operational data from ERP systems
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, dbt, Fivetran, etc.).
  • Understanding of financial data structures and accounting principles.
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with API-based integration from Sage Intacct.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
  • Experience working in Finance or Accounting-driven environments.
  • Snowflake certifications (SnowPro Core or Advanced).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
