Job description

The Human-Computer Interaction Lab in Computer Sciences is looking for a part time programmer to help with coding for a new project. We're looking for someone who has strong programming skills, is self-motivated and organized, and can demonstrate competency in Python/ C++. Experience building GUIs and with using Adobe Illustrator is a plus. You'll begin by working on a project that involves creating a robot simulation from a set of tasks.
If hired, you will be expected to work about 12 hours a week (may vary from week to week, with a max of 20 hours) for $10-15 dollars an hour (may be negotiable based on experience). We're looking for someone who can commit to working for at least the spring semester with the possibility of work extending into the summer.

Please provide a short code sample in one of the listed languages if possible. We will begin contacting applicants for interviews on Monday, February 23. If hired, you will be expected to start right away.
