Job description

Role : Gen AI/Agentic AI Developers

Location : Charlotte, North Carolina (100% Onsite)

Hire Type : Contract

Must have : Python, landgraph/ langchain, Google ADK

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include designing and optimizing ML systems for AI agents, translating user needs into technical solutions, developing, and deploying AI algorithms and agentic workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves architecting data pipelines, staying updated on state-of-the-art Generative AI and agentic AI frameworks (like Google ADK or LangChain), evaluating technical trade-offs, and potentially providing technical leadership.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • 5+ years in software development and deploying software products, proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python, and experience with machine learning development, deployment, frameworks (like TensorFlow or PyTorch), and APIs. 
  • Excellent hands-on experience in Python, LLM, RAG, Vector Databases, LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, Agentic AI
  • Hands on experience delivering 3-4 end to end Production projects
  • Good communication skills and able to manage stakeholders
