Position Details:
Client: Banking/Financial
Title: Senior Python Engineer
Duration: 6+ months (Contract) Possibility of Extension
Location: Toronto - Hybrid
Pay Rate Range: $70/hr -100/hr (Contract) and FTE role (130-160K Base Salary)


Must Haves:



  • 8 10+ years of experience as a Python Engineer

  • Strong hands-on Python development experience

  • AWS cloud experience

  • Strong SQL and database querying skills

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

  • Experience with messaging technologies (SQS, Kafka, or similar)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to modernize legacy systems
