The hourly salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual hourly rate for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
If you love data and finding ways to drive improvements for a growing company, the Data & Reporting Co-Op role is for you. You'll be part of our MGA Analytics & Insights team supporting various aspects of carrier reporting and analysis.What will I do?
  • Help deliver and manage data for our external partners (e.g., reinsurance partners, brokers, fronting carriers, and statistical agents).
  • Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to improve how we manage data across our various insurance carriers.
  • Partner with teams like Product, Underwriting, and Pricing to identify and analyze opportunities to reduce costs, expand our product offerings, and support profitable growth.
  • Assist in communicating key insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?
  • An enthusiastic individual with or seeking a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative field
  • Experience or strong desire to build knowledge on Simply Business reporting tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau), SQL/Python & data processing applications (e.g. Snowflake)
