As a Business Facing Product Engineer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our people enjoy a seamless experience with our production technology systems. Your role is focused on the Research Team and the departments it works with by creating well documented production grade tools that increase productivity, reduce friction and enable new capabilities, whilst minimizing risk. Reporting to the Technology team, headed by the CTO, you will act as the Technology Business Partner for Research.

Enable New Capabilities
<\/p>
Develop dashboards\/applications for portfolio and position\-level performance analysis and decision support
<\/p>
Implement generative\-AI powered tools & automations to accelerate the research & portfolio management process
<\/p>
Build & aggregate reusable data assets for the research team
<\/p>
<\/p>
Increase Productivity \/ Reduce Friction
<\/p>
Automate regular reports & create dashboards to support ad\-hoc analytics
<\/p>
Manage forms and interfaces for data entry and process support across research apps
<\/p>
Drive documentation of existing tools & processes

Manage Risk

Implement data quality analytics & controls
