Position Summary

We are seeking a Data Science Manager to drive marketing performance through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven insights. This role will partner with Marketing, Data Engineering, and cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, build predictive models, optimize digital campaigns, and improve customer acquisition and ROI across paid media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.
  • Develop predictive models for lead scoring, customer segmentation, propensity, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Analyze marketing performance across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, and GA4.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to support data pipelines, model deployment, and reporting.
  • Optimize campaign performance through data-driven recommendations, attribution analysis, and A/B testing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or media performance analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
  • Strong experience with Python or R, SQL, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and marketing attribution.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms.
