What you'll do:

• Identify and assess appropriate data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements.
• Perform initial data quality checks and manage data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and statistical techniques.
• Develop and deliver clear, insightful data visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs and business contexts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on thorough exploratory data analysis and business metrics.
• Mentor junior analysts on data storytelling, visualization best practices, and quality standards.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in data source identification, including knowledge of business domains, data categories, and database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Strong understanding of data quality management, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to meet service level agreements.
• Experience applying data strategy principles to solve business problems and unlock value from data assets.
• Proficiency in exploratory data analysis using tools like SQL, Python, and statistical techniques to identify trends and insights.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Skilled in advanced data visualization methods and tools to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
