Application Developer
Location: Blue Ash, OH (On-Site)
Pay: $80,000-95,000 (compensation can vary depending on experience) + Benefits, Community Involvement, PTO, 401k match (10% dollar for dollar), Roth contribution
General Overview
The Application Developer supports the development, configuration, and integration of both internally built and third-party applications to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. This role collaborates with business units to understand workflows, requirements, and process improvements. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise and a passion for optimizing business processes through technology.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for workflows, configurations, and integrations.
  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions within internal and third-party applications, including CRM and workflow platforms.
  • Configure and customize business applications and low-code/no-code platforms to align with organizational goals.
  • Develop workflows, automations, and business logic to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Partner with data and development teams to enable seamless integrations across internal systems and databases.
  • Support the implementation, optimization, and scalability of CRM and workflow platforms.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and post-implementation assistance for users.
  • Document configurations, workflows, and development processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Application Developer or in a similar technical role.
  • Proven experience with enterprise or custom applications, workflows, automations, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and data migration.
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  • Familiarity with Azure environments and cloud-based development.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow design.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and functional solutions.
