Familiarity with version control systems like Git, RESTful API design, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure) is typically required. Excellent problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and effective remote communication skills set top developers apart. These skills ensure robust, scalable backend solutions are delivered efficiently while collaborating seamlessly with distributed teams.
