Job description

Push the studio's generative video stack forward from our New York hub — model selection, fine-tunes, custom inference, and the pipelines that put them in production.

What you'll do
  • Evaluate, fine-tune, and ship open and closed video models for client work.
  • Build inference services that artists actually want to use — fast, deterministic, observable.
  • Publish internal research notes that turn into client capabilities within a quarter.
Who you are
  • Strong Python, modern PyTorch, and experience with diffusion or autoregressive video models.
  • Comfort owning infra: GPUs, queues, and the boring parts that make creative tools reliable.
Process

Submit below. We read everything personally. Strong candidates hear back within ten working days for an intro call with the practice lead, followed by a craft conversation and a paid trial brief.
