Title – Python Automation Lead

Location -  Dallas, TX/Pittsburgh, PA

Employment Type - Fulltime Only

Job Description:-

  • Strong experience in Python-based test automation using PyTest framework for web, API, and backend applications.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining automation frameworks, reusable libraries, test data management, and CI/CD integrations.
  • Hands-on experience in API automation, regression testing, functional testing, and end-to-end validation.
  • Good understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes, including Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Know Your Customer (KYC), Transaction Monitoring, Watchlist Screening, and Sanctions Compliance.
  • Experience testing AML platforms such as Fircosoft, Actimize, or similar compliance solutions, validating alert generation, case management workflows, and regulatory reporting.
  • Skilled in validating AML screening rules, transaction monitoring scenarios, suspicious activity detection, and data integrity across upstream/downstream systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Agile methodologies, defect management, and test lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to improve quality, increase automation coverage, and support regulatory compliance initiatives.
