Position Summary...Our Supply Chain Labor Planning team plays a critical role in ensuring that Walmart’s vast logistics network runs efficiently and effectively. We use data-driven insights to anticipate labor needs, optimize workforce allocation, and enable our associates to deliver exceptional results at scale.
We are seeking a Manager, Advanced Analytics who will leverage Power BI, SQL, and advanced analytics techniques to transform complex data into actionable insights. In this role, you will work closely with operations and finance to solve critical business problems, improve labor forecasting, and enhance decision-making across the supply chain. What you'll do...
  • Analytics & Tool Development: Build tools and processes that streamline labor planning and decision-making, with a focus on automation, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Power BI Reporting & Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI data models and reports to improve visibility and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • SQL & Data Management: Write advanced SQL queries, manage data pipelines, and ensure data accuracy across multiple sources and business areas.
  • Collaboration & Business Partnership: Act as a subject matter expert for business partners, providing expertise on data, analytics, and reporting. Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, align on goals, and deliver impactful solutions. Provide support, troubleshooting, and training to field users.
