Job description

Job Title: Agentic AI Engineer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA/Dallas, TX/Cleveland, OH
Type: Contract To Hire
Responsibilities

  • Build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and autonomous task execution.
  • Implement workflow configuration in Azure Foundry/AWS Bedrock.
  • Develop prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and tool-calling mechanisms.
  • Create multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP Server or Semantic Kernel.
  • Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for context-aware AI responses.
  • Develop scalable backend services and APIs to support AI agent operations.
  • Monitor agent performance, reliability, and response quality.
  • Ensure responsible AI practices including security, governance, observability, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams to deliver AI-driven automation solutions.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience developing AI agents automation using Azure or AWS.
  • At least 2+ years in software development with Agentic AI implementation experience.
  • Strong in Azure Foundry/AWS Bedrock related agentic automation development.
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, Pandas.
  • Good exposure to agile testing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
