The Opportunity
As an Internal Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing communication strategies that align employees with the organization's mission and values. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on fostering clear and consistent communication channels to inform, engage, and align employees with the organization's goals, values, and initiatives. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. By developing skills outside your comfort zone and encouraging others to do the same, you will effectively mentor others and use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the skills of team members.

- Managing communication channels to deliver consistent and clear messaging across the organization
- Collaborating with leadership to identify opportunities for enhancing internal communication effectiveness
- Utilizing analytical thinking to assess communication strategies and make data-driven improvements
- Creating and overseeing content creation, including copywriting and speech writing, to support organizational initiatives
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and engagement
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance communication delivery and encourage team adoption
- Mentoring team members to develop their skills and contribute to the success of communication projects
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with team members and stakeholders
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience in roles involving internal and external corporate communications or PwC experience

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
