About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at 4Speed On 50 LLC as an Assistant Kitchen Manager! In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly while maintaining our high standards of food quality and service.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations.

Ensure food preparation meets safety and quality standards.

Supervise and train kitchen staff on best practices.

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

Implement and maintain cleanliness and sanitation protocols.

Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items.

Monitor food costs and help maintain budgetary goals.
