Compensation

  • Average annual pay: $75,000-$85,000
    • Combination of loading, unloading, and CPM pay
    • Average of 1,700-1,800 miles weekly
    • Average 9-10 loads a week
  • Quarterly Safety Bonuses

  • Driver Referral Bonus: $1,000 (paid out at 3 and 6 months)

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have CDL A license
  • Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiabletractor-trailer driving experiencewith acleandriving record
  • No more than 3 jobs over the past 5 years
  • Tanker and Hazmat endorsements required
  • Clean MVR and PSP
  • No DUI's in the past 10 years
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
  • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
  • Hiring Radius:Drivers must live within 30 miles of Marion, OH or be willing torelocatefor this position
