Position Description
Help grow our Pure Water division by owning territory strategy, pipeline growth, proposals, pricing, and contract execution. You'll partner with Operations, Field Leadership, and Safety to deliver high-quality, compliant work and exceptional customer outcomes. This position can be located in WA or OR.
What You'll Do
• Build territory plans and target accounts; grow relationships and win new maintenance agreements and projects
• Prospect, qualify, and close self-perform and regeneration opportunities; maintain CRM pipeline and forecast
• Lead estimating, proposals, pricing, and terms to meet margin goals
• Negotiate contracts, vendor and subcontractor agreements, and change orders
• Serve as senior point of contact for key accounts, renewals, and contract renegotiations
• Coordinate with Operations, Field Leadership, and Safety to align scope, delivery, and compliance
Position Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience with industrial or commercial water purification systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
