Job description

Pure Air Filtration, LLC (“Company” of “Pure Air”) is wholly owned subsidiary of Cleanwater1, Inc., a global provider of on-site hypochlorite generation equipment, polymer activation systems, chemical feed systems, air purification and odor control equipment, and potable water mixing and treatment systems serving the water and wastewater treatment industries. Cleanwater1, Inc., Inc., through its various operating subsidiaries, is one of the most dynamic and fastest growing companies in the water infrastructure market.
Pure Air is seeking a full-time Aftermarket Sales Manager to manage the day-to-day of the Inside Sales team at our facility in Norcross, Georgia. This role is responsible for driving aftermarket sales including replacement adsorbent media sales in PureAir systems and others, along with replacement parts. This position will manage a team of individuals who are focused on the sales of these products mainly in the municipal market, but in part in the industrial and commercial markets as well. The Aftermarket Sales Manager reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales amp; Marketing
Essential Job Functions
  • Report on KPIs for team on a regular basis.
  • Lead the inside sales team’s sales meetings.
  • Improve processes for the Inside Sales team as needed.
  • Drive new sales through outreach and creative sales initiatives for the Inside Sales team as well as your personal sales goals.
  • Cultivate long term relationships to renew current customers.
  • Have team reach daily sales numbers. Prospect new customers.
  • Work with Operations to forecast upcoming orders.
  • Help Operations with customer communications.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various roles and personality types.
  • Basic chemistry and physics knowledge.
  • Past managerial experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Work experience in the municipal water/wastewater industry.
  • Experience in adsorbent media sales.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus; and
  • Ability to look at computer monitors for much of the workday.
Work Environment
  • Approximately 90% Office Environment
  • Approximately 10% Customer Sites – May be exposed to a variety of weather elements as well as areas of high noise levels, hazardous propellants, chemicals and industrial facilities.
  • Appropriate PPE and training will be provided for all conditions.

This is a non-exempt position. Compensation is dependent on skill level. The base salary for this position is $100,000 annually plus opportunity for commission. Benefits package and incentives are provided. We generally offer employees working 21 hours per work or more medical, dental, vision, along with voluntary ancillary benefits. The Company has a 401(k)-match program and has company-paid life and AD amp;D insurance available for eligible employees.
