Experienced Flatbed CDL-A Truck Driver Wanted – Company Driver & Lease Purchase Operator Positions Available


Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is now hiring experienced Class A CDL flatbed truck drivers for both Company Driver and Lease Purchase Operator positions. Qualified candidates must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License and possess a minimum of 12 months of verifiable Over-the-Road (OTR) driving experience.


Compensation:

  • Company Drivers: Earn $1,500–$2,100 per week
  • Lease Purchase Operators: Gross $4,900–$6,800 per week


Experienced flatbed drivers may choose the employment path that best fits their professional goals: a steady Company Driver role with guaranteed weekly pay, or the independence and higher earning potential of a Lease Purchase Operator position.


Company Driver Position – Experienced Flatbed CDL-A Drivers

  • Earn $1,500–$2,100 per week
  • Weekly $1,400 minimum guaranteed pay for the first 12 weeks
  • Competitive 60–65 cents per mile (CPM), based on driving experience
  • Consistent flatbed freight with specialized earning opportunities
  • $1,000 orientation completion bonus

  • Average truck payments of $550–$705 per week
  • Flexible one-, two-, or three-year lease terms
  • Late-model 2023–2026 Freightliner, Peterbilt, and Volvo tractors available
  • Fuel discounts and two weeks per year with no fixed expenses
  • Completion bonuses awarded after Year One and Year Two


Minimum Qualifications for Experienced Truck Drivers:

  • At least 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum of 12 months of verifiable OTR (Over-the-Road) driving experience
  • Meets all DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements with a stable driving history
  • No safety-related terminations within the past 12 months
  • No truck abandonments within the past 36 months
  • No preventable DOT accidents within the past 24 months
