What You'll Do
You'll serve as the primary advisor for borrowers and referral partners while driving the growth of your mortgage business. Supported by a strong operations team, you'll focus on building relationships, generating opportunities, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Originating purchase and refinance mortgage loans
  • Expanding and strengthening relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, and other referral partners
  • Managing an active pipeline while maintaining a high level of client service
  • Developing strategies to increase market share and production volume
  • Providing expert guidance on loan products and financing solutions
  • Collaborating with operations, processing, underwriting, and closing teams to create a seamless borrower experience
  • Maintaining compliance with lending regulations and company standards
  • Serving as a trusted advisor in your local market

What You'll Bring
Success in this role comes from proven production, relationship-building expertise, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. Here's what we're looking for:
  • Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent mortgage loan origination experience with demonstrated production success
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for applicable state(s), or the ability to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire
  • Established track record of self-generated business and referral partner development
  • Strong Realtor, builder, or professional referral network
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a consistent loan pipeline
  • Strong understanding of purchase transactions with the ability to originate refinance business as market conditions evolve
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a commitment to exceptional customer service
