Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience gained through project coordination, operations, or administrative roles that demonstrate readiness for project management work.
Minimum of seven (7) years related experience to include at least five (5) years managing multifaceted projects.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, multifaceted, or enterprise-impacting projects from initiation through close, managing significant operational, financial, and organizational impacts.
Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously while navigating competing and moving priorities. Proven success managing consultants and purchased services to ensure project delivery.
Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring project teams, project coordinators, and junior project managers.
Required Credentials
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required within 6 months of hire.
Preferred
Demonstrated use of formal project management methodologies, governance frameworks, or portfolio management practices.
Experience building and managing vendor relations.
Master's degree in health administration, business, or related field or Master's Certificate in Project Management
Experience identifying opportunities and leading continuous improvement or quality improvement practices within projects.

Compensation Range
$118,174.00 - $177,262.00 per yearSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
