Location: Hurlburt Field, FL, JBSA, TX, and Keesler AFB, MS
Job Status: Full time
Clearance: Secret
Astrion has an exciting opportunity coming up for a Project Manager to join our team and support the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS) located at Hurlburt Field, FL.
We are preparing to hire for Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels. We anticipate a start date in March/April 2026.
Cyber Operations Formal Training Support III (CyOFTS III) is a Cyber Schoolhouse program supporting delivery, development, and sustainment of cyber training across operationally relevant mission sets. The team supports instruction, curriculum and content development, training operations, and program execution at multiple Air Force and joint training locations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
  • Active secret clearance with the ability to attain TS/SCI
  • Education and experience will depend on the labor category level.
    • Previous project managment experience is required.
  • PMP certification desired, but not required.
  • Previous experience with information operations, cyberspace operations, or inormation technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform project management duties consistent with the Project Management labor category and required Project Management Certification.
  • Support project execution activities in a mission environment, aligned to the DCWF IT Project Manager work role (as applicable).
  • Support coordination of tasks, schedules, and deliverables across program stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for providing a Gantt chart, milestones, and updated project status within 5 business days of COR/CO request. No more than 2 late reports in a 12-month period.
  • You will augment and support mission support functions in the areas of course management support, faculty development, planning, project management, administrative support, facility management, cyber range systems, communications and information technology systems, audio visual (AV) systems in unclassified and classified environments.
  • You will provide curriculum, information systems, Training Mission Simulator (TMS), and facilities project management documentation, to include milestones, timelines, and funding requirements, for design, development, revision, and administration of 39 IOS training.
  • You will identify requirements in the 39 IOS requirements management system. Approved requirements meeting the Government Purchase Card (GPC) thresholds will be researched and required documentation sent forward to a GPC holder for requirement purchase.
  • You will identify requirements in the 39 IOS requirements management system. Approved requirements exceeding a GPC purchase You will be researched and required documentation sent forward to resource advisor for a government contract purchase.
  • You will provide project management to those requirements that a temporary endeavor is undertaken to create a unique project service or result.
  • You will provide facility management as directed by the Government, including but not limited to facility maintenance, facility drawings, uninterruptible power supplies, generators, etc.
  • You will provide warehouse management and perform as a shipping and receiving point of contact
