Job description

Purchasing Manager

We’re looking for a Purchasing Manager to handle procurement of materials, equipment, rentals, and repair services for our electrical construction and service teams. This role also supervises warehouse and delivery staff and manages warehouse and service truck inventory.

What You’ll Do

  • Purchase electrical materials, tools, and equipment
  • Manage equipment rentals and coordinate deliveries/pickups
  • Procure repairs and maintenance for company vehicles and equipment
  • Supervise warehouse and delivery personnel
  • Maintain warehouse and service truck inventory; manage restocking
  • Coordinate jobsite deliveries and logistics
  • Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years experience (electrical or construction preferred)
  • Knowledge of electrical materials and equipment
  • Experience with rentals and vehicle/equipment repair coordination
  • Supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills
  • Ability to read construction drawings and submittals
