Job description

Compensation & Pay Range: $17.13 - $23.50 per hour. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Responsibilities Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers. Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, ensuring team members execute programs such as Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc. Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed, especially during peak hours (lunch, late‐afternoon, evenings, weekends). Assist in setting team member goals, providing feedback and coaching/mentoring to maintain current training status. Assist in the hiring process: complete recruiting tasks, schedule and participate in interviews, evaluate candidates, and collaborate with management to select qualified team members. Ensure the telephone is answered in accordance with company policy. Process buy‐online/ship‐to‐store, hub and store‐to‐store transfers, and DC add orders; notify customers of shipment arrivals as needed. Utilize the electronic purchase order ledger to handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and in line with procedure. Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently, issue refunds accurately with the correct payment method, and stage returned merchandise properly. Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced before product leaves the store. Communicate Zipline messages and ensure Image Maker and merchandising tasks are delegated and completed as assigned. Ensure team members comply with company policies, adhere to posted schedules, obtain approval for deviations, and clock in/out correctly. Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day‐end procedures, verifying deposits, preparing bank deposits, securing the building and vehicles, and managing security alarms. Assist the store manager in maintaining the store building, parking lot, exterior signage and lighting, computer hardware, in‐store equipment, and delivery vehicles. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification. Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification, ASE Certification, fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired). Benefits Competitive wages & paid time off.
