Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator

East Side of Indianapolis | Full-Time | On-Site

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM


A nonprofit organization on the east side of Indianapolis is seeking a Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relations.


Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure materials are received accurately and on time.
  • Work with vendors to resolve shipment, quality, and delivery issues.
  • Obtain quotes and maintain pricing information.
  • Update purchasing, product, and supplier databases.
  • Partner with warehouse, logistics, customer service, and operations teams.
  • Assist with accounts payable processes and special projects.
  • Represent the organization at occasional conferences and events.
