Employment Status: Full-Time

Dealership: NewRoads Honda, a division of OpenRoad Auto Group

Compensation: $110,000 – $160,000/year

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide expert sales, process and training support to all Sales Consultants;

· Conduct accurate vehicle evaluations and appraisals;

· Assist sales staff and F&I with formulating, negotiating and the closing of deals;

· Set and manage the achievement of monthly team and individual sales targets;

· Provide continuous coaching and mentoring to the sales and F&I team;

· Set sales/delivery targets and C.S.I. expectations for Sales Consultants

· Oversee the delivery schedule and manage timely delivery guidelines;

· Assist in determining staffing requirements and participate in the hiring of staff;

· Manage inventory from all aspects including but not limited to pricing, reconditioning, time-to-line, and effective merchandising;

· Continuous monitoring, engagement, and manager follow-up in CRM;

· Monitor and manage the distribution and follow up of incoming calls and e-leads;

· Ensure all required outbound activity is being performed efficiently by Sales Consultants;

· Address customer concerns and complaints in a conscientious and timely manner;

· Encourage the development and retention of lasting client-dealership relationships;

· Liaise with finance, service/parts and external vendors to help facilitate results;

· Create and maintain a high level of morale and enthusiasm for NewRoads Honda products, services and value propositions;

· Perform other duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

· 2+ years experience as a New or Pre-Owned Sales Manager is considered an asset;

· Proficiency with PBS, V-Auto, Drive Centric, and auction platforms such as Openlane and E-block is considered an asset;

· Ability to effectively manage all areas of the pre-owned sales department, including but not limited to wholesale, retail, purchasing and marketing;

· Ability to hire, train and effectively lead a sales and support team;

· Valid OMVIC registration and valid G driver's license in good standing;

· Excellent leadership, organizational, verbal and presentation skills;

· The ability to work independently and as a part of a team;

· Self-motivated and confident, with an engaging level of enthusiasm;

· Posses a culture-forward leadership mentality and attitude.
