Senior Manager – Warehouse/Shipping/Purchasing

T3L USA is an American manufacturer, marketer, and distributor of consumer and commercial products serving businesses of all sizes across industrial, office, medical, restaurant, commercial kitchen, government, school, and university markets. We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Manager – Warehouse/Shipping/Purchasing to lead purchasing operations, Warehouse management and control, logistics services, and supplier partnerships that support our manufacturing activities. This role is based in Arlington Heights, IL and is ideal for a procurement leader who thrives on building strong supplier relationships, optimizing product flow, and handling of incoming and outgoing freight.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead purchasing operations for logistics products and services supporting manufacturing activities.
  • Manage procurement of products from four European suppliers while building strong relationships with manufacturing facilities abroad.
  • Negotiate shipping agreements, transportation contracts, and logistics service arrangements that support business goals for in and outgoing freight.
  • Manage our warehouse for shipments in and out.
  • Build and maintain bill of materials and maintain inventory control and count.
  • Partner closely with sales and management teams to optimize product flow and improve supply chain efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Operations or logistics procurement experience preferred.
  • Experience with inbound and outbound freight strategies, warehouse operations, and logistics solutions.
  • Strong analytical, consultation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across departments and regions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, emphasizing Excel and Teams.
  • Ability to learn and work within an Excel-based ERP system; extensive training will be provided.

Compensation

  • Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience.
