Job Description:


Stock Management - oversee the storage, organization, and distribution of inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Inventory Accuracy - track inventory movements, preform regular inventory counts and audits, investigate and resolve any discrepancies or losses.
Record keeping - maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory changes, serial numbers, and related documentation, ensuring everything is tracked in the right month.
Process improvement - contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory processes, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaboration - works closely with purchasing team and manufacturing to ensure adequate stock levels.
Create pick sheets and pull systems orders and parts for releases.
Manage BOM's (Bill of Materials)
Assemble parts and kits as needed with the help of production.
All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Degree or equivalent
Attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve
Strong understanding of Microsoft suite
Strong knowledge of accounting programs (NetSuite and or Coupa preferably)
Collaborative skills
Dependable
Must have valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Able to operate forklift or willing to be certified
Previous work with inventory is preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, talk, and hear
Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl

Base Pay Range:

$24.00-$26.00

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
