Come grow with us!Estimating & Sales Engineer II Responsibilities:Coordinate both inside and outside sales activitiesWork with customers on new or existing orders.Work with customers and production to develop acceptable lead times.Work with vendors on subcontract services in cooperation with outside services coordinator.Review customer prints and develop routings using F025EX Form in order to determine quotes to customer.Quote prices, determine the job cost of new or repeat orders, adjust routings and run times and review customer purchase orders for accuracy. Act as company liaison between our customers and all Assurance Manufacturing departments.Provide input on contract reviews.Partner with Quality on customer requirements and customer issues.Communicate relevant or potential issues with the President and management team.Consult with existing and potential clients to assess and understand equipment needs and systems requirements.Draft or assist with the drafting of presentations and other documentation and materials that explain products and services to customers.Provide expertise and support to sales teams to communicate products, services, and client needs.Ensure that customer needs are met, which may include product modifications.Propose improved materials or products to customers and explains benefits of changes.Provide support to customers and resolves problems with installed equipment.Prepare product orders and schedules deliveries.Assist with research and development of new products.Travel periodically to customers as needed. Follow documented ISO procedures in the execution of the sales/contract review process.Adhere to all safety rules and guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned. Estimating & Sales Engineer II Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent required.Bachelors' Degree in Engineering, Business, or field related to products and services being sold preferred.Sales experience preferred.
