We are looking to hire a Part-Time Accounts Payable Associate. The AP Associate will report to the purchasing Department. This role will primarily be responsible for processing invoices, Filling in Daily forms, and limited communicating with vendors. This is a Great opportunity to learn the purchasing side of a large food service operation.  This position would work for “Mom’s hours”.  If you are interested in working for a mission-driven company, this is the job for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Primarily responsible for processing a high volume of invoices, and processing related payments.
  • Reconcile vendor statements by researching and correcting discrepancies.
  • Entering orders into company software

  • Solid organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to own/manage respective responsibilities and work with limited daily direction.

  • Adaptable and demonstrated resourcefulness to be proactive and solutions-oriented.
