Settler Structures LLC builds custom barndominiums, pole barns, metal buildings, and shop garages throughout the Springfield, MO region. We're a fast paced, growing company where creativity, initiative, and customer first service matter.

We are seeking a highly organized Estimator & Purchasing Manager who can help us build scalable systems while producing accurate construction budgets.
This role will directly impact project profitability and will work closely with ownership and project management to ensure projects are well planned before construction begins.
What You Will Do
- Prepare material takeoffs and construction estimates from plans
- Build detailed job cost budgets and cost breakdowns
- Manage vendor and subcontractor bidding
- Generate purchase orders for materials and trades
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintain and improve our construction cost database
- Assist sales with pricing for customer upgrades and custom features
- Support project managers in controlling project costs
