What You Will Do
  • Create and issue purchase orders accurately and on time
  • Communicate with vendors on order confirmations and updates
  • Coordinate inbound freight shipments, ensuring competitive freight rates and required customs paperwork
  • Track open purchase orders and follow up with suppliers, as well as communicate delivery schedules to internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage vendor returns from initiation through resolution
  • Maintain and update master data related to purchasing and inventory in the system
  • Support the team with quotes, data collection, and reporting
Your Experience
  • 2+ years experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with vendors and internal teams
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Excel and computer systems; ERP experience is an asset
