Job description

Employment Solutions is currently seeking a Bilingual (Eng/Span) Procurement Assistant to work in the Miramar, FL area for a vitamin manufacturing plant that has been in business for 25 years!
Essential Functions:
  • Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Inventory verification and purchase requirements
  • Determine procurement needs with internal departments
  • Research pricing, specs, and minimums of ingredients
  • Update database with current pricing, lead times, and other relevant information
  • Manage and search for new suppliers
  • Assures compliance with all inventory management requirements
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Any other duties as required by the supervisor
Qualified candidates should have the following experience:
  • At least one year experience in business-to-business purchasing (B2B)
  • Experience with cGMP's is a plus
  • Computer skills: Excellent with MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English and Spanish REQUIRED
Pay: $21 to $23 per hour
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
