We serve cafes, roasters, restaurants, and serious home baristas with new and refurbished espresso machines, grinders, and accessories from the most respected brands in coffee. We're building a disciplined, data-driven growth engine - and paid media is a critical part of that foundation.

About the Role

We're looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to ensure accuracy, organization, and efficiency across our warehouse operations as we scale.

In this role, you'll take ownership of inventory integrity and day-to-day warehouse systems-creating structure, reducing errors, and improving workflows. You'll play a critical role in supporting operational growth, with the opportunity for growth into leadership roles

What You'll DoInbound Receiving & Put-Away
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Label, log, and stage inbound inventory for accurate put-away.
  • Assign and maintain precise bin locations across all SKUs.
  • Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with purchasing and suppliers.
Inventory Accuracy & Control
  • Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across the main warehouse and coordinate with 3PL partners.
  • Conduct cycle counts and support full physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate discrepancies, reconcile variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all inventory movements (adjustments, transfers, returns) are accurately recorded.
Warehouse Organization & Optimization
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout (bins, shelves, aisles, staging areas).
  • Evaluate and optimize space utilization, bin allocation, and product flow.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to racking, labeling, workflows, and SOPs.
  • Help design scalable systems to support growth in order volume and SKU complexity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with fulfillment teams to ensure accurate pick locations and efficient order processing.
  • Support manufacturing and refurbishment workflows by staging components and tracking work-in-progress inventory.
  • Collaborate with operations on system updates, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support additional operational projects as needed

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of receiving, cycle counting, and inventory management best practices.
  • Experience with WMS/IMS systems; familiarity with Shopify, ERP systems, or manufacturing workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing processes end-to-end.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated potential to grow into a leadership role.
