What You'll Do
As a Purchasing Agent, you'll support procurement and inventory operations by helping ensure the right products are available at the right time across our locations.
  • Assist with purchasing and inventory management for assigned product lines
  • Create, update, and manage purchase orders
  • Analyze inventory levels and purchasing trends to support decision-making
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
  • Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external partners
  • Work closely with sales teams regarding shortages, pricing changes, new products, and special requests
  • Support vendor relationships and maintain strong communication
  • Learn and utilize multiple business systems and software platforms
  • Communicate regularly with locations regarding inventory updates and concerns
  • Help identify opportunities to improve purchasing and inventory processes

What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, receiving, inventory management
  • 2-3 Tire Industry experience required
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Comfortable learning and working within multiple software systems
  • Experience with inventory forecasting, purchasing software, ERP systems, or inventory management platforms preferred
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and reach during normal job duties
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
