  • Host a minimum of two open houses each month
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
  • Actively take part in team events and initiatives as required
  • Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection
  • Prepare and negotiate purchase offers for clients
  • Monitor and document activities and client information using PLACE Technology
