Job Title: Inventory Clerk (Shipping & Receiving)

Location: South Oklahoma City, OK

Pay: $14/hour

Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday, 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM

Position Type: Full-Time | 100% Onsite


We are looking for a dependable Inventory Clerk to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations at our onsite facility in Oklahoma. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is well suited for someone who works carefully, stays organized, and can keep pace in a busy transport environment. The person in this role will help ensure incoming materials are documented correctly, stored efficiently, and made available for internal use or distribution. Success in this position requires accuracy, clear communication, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.


Responsibilities:

โ€ข Receive inbound deliveries, examine items for visible issues, and confirm that shipment contents match supporting documentation.

โ€ข Compare packing records with purchase information, identify variances, and communicate problems to the appropriate teams for resolution.

โ€ข Record receiving and inventory details in company systems with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.

โ€ข Arrange, label, and stage materials so they can be stored properly or moved efficiently to the next destination.

โ€ข Help maintain orderly receiving and warehouse areas to support safe and productive daily operations.

โ€ข Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and internal staff to keep freight and materials moving without unnecessary delays.

โ€ข Support cycle counts and broader inventory audits to improve stock accuracy and accountability.

โ€ข Follow established safety standards, onsite procedures, and company guidelines throughout all warehouse activities.

โ€ข Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse support, or inventory-related work is preferred.
โ€ข Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage counts, documentation, and item tracking accurately.
โ€ข Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and use of inventory or receiving systems.
