Job description

Warehouse Receiving Associate

The Warehouse Receiving Associate is responsible for receiving product, stocking and replenishment, inventory control, unloading trucks, verifying purchase orders, auditing inventory, and maintaining accurate records using scanners and computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely unload trucks and unpack incoming shipments.
  • Verify product counts and condition against purchase orders.
  • Operate warehouse equipment and hand tools.
  • Perform inventory maintenance, stock rotation, and shelf audits.
  • Utilize scanners (PDAs) and computer systems for inventory transactions.
  • Report product discrepancies and inventory issues.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse.
Qualifications
  • Minimum six months of distribution center experience required.
  • Basic computer, math, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately compare data and inventory records.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive physical movements.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17.75 - 24 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
