Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to oversee projects involving purchase orders above designated approval thresholds. This role is responsible for managing project execution from planning through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, engineering, procurement, or industrial operations.


Key Responsibilities

· Manage projects involving high-value purchase orders and capital expenditures.

· Review project requirements, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

· Coordinate with procurement, engineering, production, finance, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.

· Monitor project timelines, costs, and deliverables.

· Ensure purchase orders comply with company approval policies and budget requirements.

· Track project progress and communicate updates to management and stakeholders.

· Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

· Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract performance.

· Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.

Qualifications
