Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate punch press machines to fabricate parts per work orders, drawings, and specifications
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
  • Inspect parts during and after production to ensure quality standards are met
  • Measure parts using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Perform basic setups, tool changes, and adjustments as trained
  • Identify and report quality issues, machine malfunctions, or safety concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety standards
  • Accurately complete production and quality documentation
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Participate in training and cross-training opportunities to expand skillset
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing experience required
  • Experience operating punch press or similar fabrication equipment preferred
  • Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Willingness and desire to learn new machines, processes, and skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
